Fire Season Update – June 22

According to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), there have been 2,721 fires in California, consuming 16,692 acres, since January 1, 2020. As of June 21, there are seven fires burning in California, all of which are in Northern California (north of Bakersfield).
