Former Deputy State CIO Chris Cruz presented at the Forum on Emerging Technologies on December 7, 2023, where he discussed trends in innovation, a perpetual learning culture, IT as a service, and advances in AI, machine learning, and other technologies.   Cruz, who served as Deputy State CIO and is currently the Public Sector CIO for Tanium, gave a lighting talk among other presenters at the half-day forum hosted by TechCA.   Watch the video here.
