(Propoint) was selected to provide transition services, to represent the State of California in transitioning Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) services from the current vendor to a new solution. Propoint focused on implementing a new services technology solution to manage and account for PE portfolio data and activity while increasing PE data transparency through the implementation of new data standards and an automated transmission process.

Propoint Technology, Inc. (Propoint) successfully implemented a solution for the California Department of Community Services & Development’s (CSD) 2022 California Arrearage Payment Program (CAPP) Energy Utility Debt Relief. This program provided relief to residential utility customers who carried COVID-19 utility debt.

Statewide Online Wage Claim – Using the Salesforce Platform

Propoint architected a comprehensive and thoroughly integrated statewide online wage claim solution using Salesforce Platform Cloud. The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) initially only received LCO wage claim forms on paper and in person. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when business could only be conducted virtually, the DIR needed to pivot and move to online collection.
