Andrew spent 24 years in IT at the State of California across a variety of positions, culminating in his role as CTO and CIO of the Department of State Hospitals. While at DSH, Andrew led efforts for many of the department’s large enterprise projects, including implementing an electronic medical records system across all state hospitals. Andrew and his team successfully led the transition to remote work for thousands of workers during the COVID-19, providing important tools for remote patient services. This experience gives him a unique perspective and ability to address the real-world challenges the State faces both internally and externally.
